March 26, 2010

It’s finally Friday! Almost Spring Break #1! Classes were long and boring, of course, because I was anticipating being on break! It’s so hard when a lot of the students have already left. For my grammar class, my professor took us to a café and we just talked for the time. Also, my cell phone that the school gave me for the semester stopped working this morning, so I got a new one. My old phone was big, old, and ugly, and was named “the ghetto tele” from the beginning, but it is now dead. After class we went to the bus station to exchange our Granada tickets for May 1 and 2 because tickets to the main attraction, The Alhambra, were sold out and we also couldn’t find any more rooms in hostels or hotels because it is a holiday week here. We got them switched just fine. Then we went home for lunch and had one of my favorite meals, rice with tomato sauce and a cordon bleu. Then we just relaxed all afternoon. Around 7:30 we went for a long run and work out outside at the park. When we came back we got ready for dinner, which was fish sticks and potato chips. Then we watched some more episodes of the Office, and got ready for bed. It was nice to have a lazy night. Spring Break #1 starts now!
