We slept in again today until after 11, and didn't do much until about 1 pm. Carrie and I went running along the river. It over over 60 degrees and full sun! I ran in a t-shirt, and it was absolutely gorgeous! After lunch we went to Parque de los Principes to do homework. It was the perfect day to be outside, and it made doing homework not seem quite as terrible. After that Carrie and I went shopping quickly because I really needed some shoes and tights. I wish so badly that I could go back and re-pack, because I would do it very differently! After that we met up with our friends Arielle and Jess to go "tapa-hopping". Many of the restaurants here have tapas, which are smaller portions of regular meals for about 2-4 euros, so people go get them as snacks, but we decided to make that dinner. We went to 4 different places to get tapas. We wanted to get sangria, but nobody really had that, so we settled for our tintos. While we were walking from place to place, we encountered some strange high school boys. I think that they must have been drunk because they were out of control, and were following us, and it was really creepy. Thank goodness we were together. We ignored them for about 5 minutes, and finally they left us alone. Also, while we were walking around looking for our next restaurant we saw our Senor, Miguel, at a bar, so we quick ran the other way because we didn't want to have to stop by him and his friends. That would be awkward. There were so many funny and random things that happened that night. It would take me forever to write them all down!
